On The Walking Dead: Daryl Dixon Episode 2, in a flashback before the world fell, Isabelle partied hard in Paris while doing drugs and picking pockets. She witnessed the beginnings of people turning into walkers and the ensuing chaos. A man swooped in by vehicle and saved her from walkers attacking…
Before the Fall of the World
Isabelle stopped at home to pack and get her sister Lily (portrayed by Faustine Koziel.)
Lily was sick to her stomach because she was pregnant. The man wanted to leave Lily somewhere safe as their travels wouldn’t allow the ill woman. Isabelle picked the car key from his pocket and left him behind!
Lily felt something was wrong with her baby, and then they ran into an ambulance. They sought help but were nearly attacked by walkers and raced away. The sisters arrived at a nun’s convent and discovered Lily was bitten on the arm by a walker. Lily made Isabelle promise to look after her child.
Teen Community
Flash forward, Daryl, Isabelle, Laurent, and Sylvie traveled on the treacherous road by horseback. Isabelle changes the plan on Daryl traveling away from Paris to reach a radio.
A hoard of walkers approached, but they sent their horse past them and b-lined the opposite direction as a distraction. Someone shot an arrow at Daryl, and as he hunted them, it was a diversion to apprehend him and the others!
The bandits were teenagers held up in an old kindergarten. They got acclimated, and they dined together while Daryl led grace.
The only elder in the community was a dying teacher who needed medicine, which was raided recently. Daryl volunteered to help them retrieve some meds with ulterior motives. He knew the medicine wouldn’t help but was motivated by knowing there was a horse to help them travel.
It’s A Miracle!
Meanwhile, Laurent found the horse they initially rode, but the walkers ate it. He was distraught about it.
Daryl and a teen girl, Lou (portrayed by Kim Higelin), arrived at the place, but it was walker-infested. He locked the girl out to complete the mission on his own.
He was pinned down by gunfire but outmaneuvered the man who stole the supplies. The man was a fellow American, Gaines, pleading for his life, so Daryl took him captive.
Daryl loaded a cart of supplies but lost some critical items in a pit of walkers. The captive man wrestled with him, and they tumbled into the walker pit. Gaines was eaten alive while Daryl fought his way out, even igniting an explosion! The girl helped save Daryl from the pit.
One of the youths noticed his brother had turned into a walker, so they put him out of his undead misery.
The teacher died before returning with the medicine. Daryl apologized for lying. He only took the mission to gain a horse.
In a flashback, Lily gave birth to her child, Laurent, then died. Soon after, she turned into a walker. The priests claimed the baby was a miracle. The priest tried to pray the demon out of Lily…
Meanwhile, Codron found Daryl’s tape and his path to the Promised Land.
When the gang sought to exit, Laurent didn’t want to leave since he made friends for the first time. Laurent rebutted for being sheltered. He didn’t realize how special he was to the world…
